The calculator itself

Headcount Planner runs entirely in your browser. Every number you enter — volume, AHT, schedule, shrinkage, occupancy — is processed locally with JavaScript. None of it is transmitted to a server, stored in a database, or shared with anyone. There's no account, no sign-up, and no form that submits your data anywhere.

Cookies and advertising

This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites.

Visitors can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. Alternatively, visitors can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.
